Disclaimers / Refund 

When you subscribe to a course, you choose a payment plan (Monthly or Quarterly Plan) to pay for the course at the time of signing up. Both plans are non-refundable.

For the Quarterly Payment Plan, if at any time during the course, you choose to pause the course for a certain period, on intimation in writing, OCL will issue a credit note for the unused classes.  Such a credit note can be issued only once in the duration of the purchased course and will have to be utilized by you within 6 months of its date of issue, failing which the unused classes will lapse.

For the Monthly Payment Plan the classes will have to be used by you as agreed at the time of subscribing to the course, and no credit note will be issued for unused classes.

In the following cases, a class will be counted as used by the user: 

  1. If class is scheduled and the user does not attend for any reason whatsoever.

  2. If class is scheduled and the user is not able to properly see/hear due to connectivity/technical issues at user’s end.

  3. If a substitute Teacher takes a class.
